ANGLES
In the flaccid state, size isn’t the only thing that varies considerably – the form of penis varies immensely too. Many members are already angled towards horizontal (even when not in a state of excitement) or towards the left :
The erect cock is often upright and protrudes perpendicularly from the body, or points more or less towards the navel :
The most common angle is between 0 and 60 degrees :
CURVATURE
Not all cocks are straight. A curve can begin towards the base of the cock, although it is rare :
Or a curve can veer towards the side (very common, especially towards the left) :
Several shots of the same penis (17cm) :
In rare cases, the curvature does not start at the base of the shaft :
And you can also find some truly unique forms (a twisted
version here) :
Proportions between girth and length change depending on the member. Here, length wins out :
And here, girth wins out (large circumference) :
(don’t forget that in the locker room, its length that counts, but in the vagina, its more an issue of girth).
En general, cocks are almost cylindrical, sometimes a bit thicker at the base. However certain members appear almost conical.
The concial nature of this member is visible in semi-erection :
With other cocks, however, the glans est markedly larger than the shaft (see the glands )
COLORS
The color of the penis vary, of course, in relation to the general skin tone of the body.
For those who are darker-skinned, the cock is generally darker than the rest of the body, with the balls even more so :
For fairer-skinned
types, the cock is often pink (almost blushing in erection), and the balls are
pink or more reddish :

But, even for those with darker-skinned members, the extremity of the cock remains more pink or red :
Except for those with black skin, where the glans is often very dark :
Circumcised penises have a mark (between the darker and lighter portions) which is very visible when the penis is erect :

The skin of the flaccid penis is often wrinkled :
The skin at the base of the cock often has small pimple-like points…

…which can be quite pronounced depending on the hairiness of the member and skin type :
As the prior photo shows, the penis, when seen from below, often has a kind of line that runs along the shaft and descends towards the testicles (this line seems to split the cock in two) :
This is sometimes very visible, even on the testicles :
Sometimes, the member has a type of splotch :

From one cock to another, the presence of veins varies widely :
PENILE DEFORMITIES
Usual curvature :

If a pronounced curve forms after the penis has reached its adult size, it may be a sign of Peyronie’s disease (consult a urologist) :

This disease progresses in two steps :
- The first lasts
approximately three months, an dis marked by inflammation and pain.
- The second is marked
by the appearance of a fibrosis and a curvature of the penis.
After a few months, the fibrous plaques can calcify.
After several years, the condition can improve, and may even
spontaneously resolve itself.
The clinical signs associated with the condition are, to varying degrees, painful erection, and erectile dysfunction. The role of repeated penile micro-trauma appears to be a factor that predisposes the penis to inflammation. Surgical techniques, seeking to correct penile deformity, give satisfactory results in approximately 75% of cases.
Hypospadias
In certain men, the urethra doesn’t reach the end of the meatus or is otherwise deformed. If this condition is bothersome, one should not hesitate to talk to a specialist about it.
